Our Team

Marcia Hoisington is the Principal Consultant who leads all projects and manages other team members who join us on a project basis.  We are professional consultants with strong experience providing compensation consulting and other human resources consulting services to organizations from many different industries.

Marcia’s experience includes over 25 years as a human resources consultant, primarily in the areas of compensation and organization design, with a wide variety of general industry and nonprofit clients.  Her work experience includes several years as a consultant with a global human resources consulting firm, and she has led large international projects, as well as large domestic projects.
